The terms that apply when you use the IPTV Premium UK website and subscription service.

01 Agreement to these terms

By using our website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Use, our Refund Policy, Cash Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

02 Our service

IPTV Premium UK provides access to open source channels in one place through a subscription, for use with a compatible media player on your device. Channel availability, quality and content can change at any time.

We do not host, upload or store media content. See our DMCA Policy for more information.

03 Orders and activation

When you place an order, we send your payment details and subscription details by email and WhatsApp. Your subscription is activated once payment is confirmed and we have the device details we need.

You must give us accurate details, including a working email address and a real WhatsApp number.

04 Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include no hidden fees. Please see our Cash Policy for how payments work and how to avoid scams.

05 Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for your own personal, non-commercial viewing and in line with the law where you live. You must not:

  • Resell, share, rent or give access to your subscription to other people.
  • Record, copy, rebroadcast or distribute content from the service.
  • Attempt to hack, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service or our website.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful or in a way that harms others.

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these rules, without a refund.

06 Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Problems can be caused by maintenance, third parties, your device, your internet provider or your connection.

We may change, improve or remove features, channels or content at any time.

08 Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for loss caused by things we could not reasonably control, or for indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

09 Third-party apps and trademarks

Media player apps such as IB Player, TiviMate, Smart IPTV and others belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for their apps. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10 Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
