01 Who we are

IPTV Premium UK (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about your data at support@iptvpremiumuk.com.

02 The data we collect

We only collect what we need to provide our service and to help you:

Order details: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the plan you choose and any note you add.
Contact details: the name, email, WhatsApp number and message you send us through the contact form or by WhatsApp or email.
Setup details: your device type, and the MAC Address and Device Key you send us so we can activate your subscription.
Review details: your name (we show only your first initial), country, rating and the review you write.
Technical data: basic information such as your browser type and pages visited, and your theme choice (light or dark) saved on your device.

03 How we use your data and why

To process your order and send your payment and subscription details by email and WhatsApp (to perform our contract with you).
To activate and support your subscription and answer your questions (contract and legitimate interests).
To check that a person who writes a review is a client (legitimate interests).
To keep our website secure and prevent spam and fraud (legitimate interests).
To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

We only share data with trusted providers that help us run the service, such as email, messaging (WhatsApp), website hosting and payment providers, and only as far as they need it. We may also share data where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we take steps to make sure your data stays protected.

05 Reviews

Reviews are shown with your first initial and country only. Your full name, email address and client username are never shown publicly.

06 How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it we delete it or make it anonymous.

07 Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses only what it needs to work. We save your light or dark theme choice on your device. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

08 Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

09 Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
