01 What we sell
IPTV Premium UK sells access to open source channels in one place. We bring publicly available, open source channels together so you can watch them through a single subscription and a single app.
We do not own, upload, host, store or distribute any copyrighted audio or video files on our own servers. We do not claim ownership of any channel, programme, film or logo that appears in a third-party stream or app.
All trademarks, channel names and logos mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. Their use here is only to describe what a subscription includes and does not mean we are endorsed by or affiliated with those owners.
02 Our respect for copyright
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we expect our users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and under UK copyright law.
If you believe a channel or link available through our service infringes your copyright, please send us a notice as described below and we will review it promptly.
03 How to send a copyright notice
Email your notice to support@iptvpremiumuk.com with the subject “DMCA Notice”. To be valid, it should include all of the following:
- Your full name, company (if any), postal address, email address and phone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, with proof that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
- The exact name or URL of the channel, stream or content you want us to review, with enough detail for us to find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that sending a false or misleading notice can have legal consequences.
04 What we do after we receive a notice
When we receive a complete notice we will review it and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the content we are able to control as soon as reasonably possible. We may tell the person responsible for the content that a notice has been received.
Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. If your notice is missing information we will contact you to ask for it.
05 Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to support@iptvpremiumuk.com. It should include your contact details, a description of the content and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your signature.
06 Repeat infringers
We may suspend or end the subscription of anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others, in line with our Terms of Use.
